Step One: Become a Member & Discover Your Design
Step One is about understanding who you are and how God created you. You will:
- Learn about Life Church’s mission, values, and vision.
- Look at your own personality and spiritual gifts.
- See how your God-given design shapes your role in ministry and service.
Step One takes place on the first Sunday of every month.
Step Two: Develop Your Leadership & Join the Team
Step Two moves you from discovery to action:
- Developing leadership skills to strengthen your character and influence.
- Learning how to serve with excellence and purpose.
- Connecting with the Dream Team, our volunteers who make a difference.
Step Two takes place on the second Sunday of every month.
